Currawongs – 0’37”

The currawong is a bird found on the eastern side of Australia. It lives on a diet of bush berries and small animals. Prey caught by the currawong is usually hung in the fork of a tree to decompose before it is eaten. Recently a large group of currawongs has moved into the valley – their liquid-like call adding a mournful touch to the morning soundscape.
