This clip was recorded in a field with geese and cows grazing together. It’s ironic that the (over)abundance of cows in the world easily renders them invisible. At the 33″ mark it’s possible to hear one of the cows step over to inspect the recorder, as if to assert its presence.

SOUNDS LIKE NOISE 
I can hear the snuffle at 33″!! ; when you listen closely you can almost feel the warm breath of that cow nose on the mic. Love the steadfast solidity of cows; despite the weather, alien recording devices, petulant geese, whatever…the grass will always be munched.
